Part Time Permanent Shop Assistants

Butcher (or Trainee Butcher)
You will need to be experienced in the breaking up of whole carcass meat to create the finest cuts ready for the oven.  You will need to take great pride in your work and demonstrate your attention to detail (for trainee position full training will be given).
